Trainer John Warner sweeps last three grand championships at Morgan Gold Cup Regional Horse Show in Springfield, Ohio on June 23rd

Rage, owned by Annie Morgan, also was the Grand Champion Gelding on June 19th.

Exceptionalee from the Morgan Horse Farm, under the guidance of Stephanie Skelton, Whip, was the Park Harness Grand Champion--

HyLee's Bellagio, owned by the Gaker Family, ridden by Kathryn Gaker took the Junior Exhibitor 14-17 English Pleasure Grand Championship--

Favorite Son with John Warner up completed the sweep of the final three classes at Gold Cup by winning the Park Saddle Championship.

This was the first time in many years for a trainer to win both the Park Saddle and Park Harness Championships plus all three final events.

Erin Hall rode RJMF The Great Bambino for the first time in a show, looking fine in both a Hunter Novice Class and a Limited event.

Annie Morgan rode Favorite Son very nicely in Amateur Park Saddle and HyLee's Dann Right in Ladies Park Saddle, placing third and second, respectively.

The Morgan Family and the Gaker Family congratulate John Warner and his fine staff on a job well done.

We sadly report the untimely death of our friend Spike on Friday, April 6, 2007 in our barn from an attack of colic. HY COURT of APPEAL was a true champion, ridden and driven mostly by our granddaughter Stephanie Skelton, winning many local and regional titles while placing nicely in Grand National events. Spike was talented, calm and a teacher of riders and drivers. He will be sorely missed by all of our family.

Spike now rests in the Pines Pet Cemetery, Lebanon, Ohio with a number of our other loved horses and dogs.
